Service provided as-is during beta

JobSignOff is currently in invite-only beta. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time during the beta period.

Your responsibility to review

You are responsible for reviewing all draft reports before sending them to any customer, landlord, or third party. JobSignOff generates draft reports from your voice notes and photos — you must verify the content is accurate and complete before sharing. JobSignOff accepts no liability for errors in reports that have not been reviewed and approved by you.

Completion evidence only

Reports produced by JobSignOff are job completion evidence and supporting documentation only. They are not Gas Safe certificates, CP12 certificates, EICR reports, statutory certificates, legal documents, or regulated certificates of any kind. Do not use JobSignOff reports as a substitute for any regulated or statutory document.

Invite-only access

During the invite-only beta, accounts may be created only by invitation. We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or remove access at any time during the beta period.

Cancellation & Refunds

• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• First-time subscribers: full refund within 14 days of first payment, provided fewer than 5 reports have been generated in that period.
• Other refund requests are considered case by case — email hi@jobsignoff.com.
