What we store
We store your account email address, the voice notes you upload or record, the photos you add to jobs, and the job details you enter (site address, job reference, client name, and similar).
How your voice notes are used
Voice notes are transcribed and processed by AI to produce a draft job completion report. This processing happens automatically when you tap "Create report". The transcript and structured report are stored securely and are accessible only to your account.
Data storage and security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure. Data is used only to provide the JobSignOff service to you — it is not sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train AI models.
Share links
When you save a report, a private share link is generated. Share links use a randomly generated token and expire after 30 days by default. Only someone with the exact link can view the report — it is not indexed or publicly searchable.
Data retention
Reports and associated media are retained for up to 24 months by default. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
